This was my third visit, and it certainly did not disappoint! the beach area was beautiful and the sea was clean. the staff are helpful and friendly. the rooms are well appointed and spread out. It offered considerable space. this resort has the best position near the shops and restaurants.

my superior double room had fresh linens. air conditioning operated effectively during hot weather. the room also included a mini-fridge stocked daily with water and soft drinks at no charge.

the hotel features a large, clean pool with dedicated lifeguards. there are water slides open daily from 10:00 to 12:00 and again from 14:00 to 16:00. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the main buffet restaurant offered different themed cuisine nights. there were multiple live cooking stations. zigolini, the italian restaurant, provided a selection of classic dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.

I have stayed at this place many times. Every visit confirms the beautiful setting. The hotel continues to deliver excellent service. Mahmoud in the restaurant gives thoughtful service. Ahmed at reception assisted with every request.
Some staff are incompetent while others are efficient. The shower water was not good. My clothes smelled of chlorine after the dry clean. I found this very disappointing.

The hotel is beside the main street with shops. Restaurants are also conveniently located. It is around twenty minutes from the airport. I found this location very convenient.

The location was excellent. The beach is amazing.
The staff asked unnecessary questions regarding my water consumption. The shower had very poor water pressure, made showering difficult. Most of the breakfast food was tasteless and disappointing too.
